Shipping Info
1. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email before the order status changes to pending or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.
1.2 You can return damaged and or faulty goods you have ordered from us at any time within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange for collection or replacement of damaged or faulty goods
1.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:
- In the event that the product has been used.
- In the event that damage was caused by misuse or negligence on your part.
- In the event that the fault occurred by incorrect installation.
- In the event that the delivery note was signed stating that the product was received in good condition.
2. We endeavour to deliver your order within the time specified. Delivery times may vary. We advise against booking trades for installations until the goods have been received. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.
Certain items of a excess weight may require assistance for the driver to off load from the vehicle, which will have to be provided by the customer
3. As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods must have a valid delivery signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. Do not arrange for any tradesmen to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for correctness, damage and shortages.
